Rollers are made of food-grade silicone rubber-coated aluminum inserts.
Green, white, blue, cream/beige, grey, dark red / maroon are available. Other than these, specific colours can be requested.
The rollers are easily removable. The rollers are loaded on springs at both ends. So, to remove a roller, pressure by one finger on either of its ends will eject it from the other end.
The rollers can be safely washed using any regular cleaning agent or IPA solution and then wiped dry with a clean cloth.
The complete, tool-less changeover requires a maximum of 15 minutes. All contact parts can be removed, cleaned, and replaced within this time.
